I had the pleasure of coordinating Alyssa’s Bat Mitzvah at the Skyline Country Club in May 2008. She had come up with a Fashion Theme and her favorite color was purple. From there we let the creativity flow.
Alyssa designed a purple dress cake as her birthday cake. We had the placecards/menus and tablecards all done with a fashion motif such as sunglasses, small purses and even shoes. We carried the shoe theme into the centerpieces. We ordered miniature shoes from a great shoe store in town called STEMS. Jessica custom ordered unique pairs of purple shoes which we suspended into the cylinder vases filled with water and uplighted from below.

Alyssa and I even shopped at Buffalo Exchange on Campbell and we found designer shoes for
the cocktail tables which we filled with purple flowers. We even did a signature purple drink for the adults and a non-alcoholic one for the young adults. Everyone danced the evening away and enjoyed the photo booth with fun fashion photos.
This was a night that everyone will truly remember!
