I got the opportunity to coordinate a Wedding Weekend in San Carlos Mexico on June 14th.

Adriana and Brett really wanted an American wedding in Mexico and that’s where the challenge started. We focused on bringing all the things that were important to them from Tucson such as the photographer, DJ and videographer and then I organized the rest of the wedding locally.

I was able to find a lounge decor company from Hermosillo and brought in Chivari/Tiffany Chairs.

We carried out the beach theme by keeping everything clean with white

and adding a blue accent color with menus/placecards/tablecards/favors and pillows.

The beautiful centerpieces were glass cylinders filled with seaglass

and floating candles as well as pillar candles and sea shells.

Adriana came up with a great idea for the kids table–

All the children who were guests had their own table and menu and we filled it with

all sorts of games and toys to keep them occupied throughout the night.

The highlight for all the guests was the surprise fireworks display on the beach.

It was an amazing 20 display that you felt you could reach out and touch.

This wedding was the Magical Mexican Fiesta with an American Twist!
